You may have seen these beautiful flowers in your yard or another garden. But did you know that this is actually powerful medicine?!*** We have created a proprietary blend for our hibiscus tea, starting with dried Hibiscus flowers. Although the tea can be consumed cold or room temperature, for best results, you should drink it warm before bed as your body will absorb all of it's benefits better.
